maybe everyone else was wrong – i don’t like interacting with people. i’m finding myself in a state of genuine disinterest for making new acquaintances and expanding my social horizons.

I don’t like it either. And it may prove to be a worthy attribute for a business student! After all, only those in the future which you seek are worth something to your career will be worth persuing.
